To be eligible for our Home Health services you have to fulfill the following criteria:

The patient is requiring intermittent care in their home by skilled professionals.

The patient is unable to leave their home safely due to age and/or other conditions making it difficult to receive care.

The patient‘s plan of care is ordered and supervised by a primary doctor.
